RDT Cold‑Transfer High‑Speed Servo Welding Technology
RDT: Retract Droplet Transfer
RDT is an advanced cold-transfer welding technology featuring ultrasonic-speed wire retraction and precise droplet control. It ensures ultra-low spatter, minimal heat input, and excellent performance on thin, uneven, or dissimilar materials—ideal for high-precision welding applications.
Whole-process Wire Retraction to Prevent Spatter
Ultra-Low Spatter Welding
Reduces spatter by up to 99% compared to traditional pulse and short-circuit methods. Significantly cuts down post-weld grinding and cleanup.
200Hz Wire Retraction Control
High-speed, real-time wire retraction (up to 200Hz) stabilizes the arc and prevents molten bridge splashing.
🔹 3. Excellent Gap-Bridging Ability
Can handle large joint gaps with ease. For example, fills a 2.5 mm gap on 2 mm aluminum without burn-through or deformation.
🔹 4. Minimal Heat Input
Low heat transfer minimizes thermal distortion—ideal for thin plates, precision parts, and metal additive manufacturing.
5. Wide Material Compatibility
Supports carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, magnesium, and dissimilar metal combinations.
6. Multiple Welding Modes
Includes cold transfer (RDT), AC-RDT, high-speed pulse, intermittent welding, dual-wire, and multi-arc coordination.
7. Ultra-thin Plate Welding
Be capable to weld ultra-thin plates of 0.3mm and medium-thin plates within 3mm with good forming, small deformation and less post-weld workload, also suitable for high-quality welding of high-strength steel and ultra-thin aluminum plates
